Building the IX talent pool, public and private together
Learning communities connect universities of applied sciences, universities, MBO practorates, training providers and industry frontrunners. Together you develop modules, curricula and a skills framework that embeds IX structurally in the Dutch workforce.
Now open for Human Capital:
IX education is a public-private effort
To grow the Dutch IX talent pool, CIIIC invests through Action line 2 in a shared education landscape, in which education, research, industry frontrunners and civil society organisations work side by side.
Learning communities are at the heart of it: this is where educational institutions and practice bring concrete questions together, develop modules, and maintain an up-to-date skills framework. Around them, market-oriented training modules and training vouchers provide scale, so IX competencies run from MBO and HBO through postgraduate education and into the workplace.
