The Creative Industries Immersive Impact Coalition (CIIIC) is a National Growth Fund programme that accelerates innovation in immersive experiences. We support creators, researchers, and organizations building the future of VR, AR, and spatial computing.
Our Mission
CIIIC accelerates innovation in the Dutch creative industries by supporting the development and application of immersive experiences with societal impact.
Immersive Experiences (IX) — VR, AR, MR, and spatial computing — are transforming how we learn, work, create, and connect. From training healthcare professionals in rare procedures to making cultural heritage accessible in new ways, IX has the potential to address major societal challenges.
The Netherlands has a strong position in IX, with world-class creators, researchers, and a vibrant ecosystem of studios, labs, and presentation venues. CIIIC builds on this foundation to ensure the Netherlands remains at the forefront of IX innovation.

CIIIC is a collaboration between leading organizations in the Dutch creative industries.
The programme is implemented by ClickNL as the coordinating organization, together with Regieorgaan SIA (research funding), Stimuleringsfonds Creatieve Industrie (arts & design funding), RVO (innovation challenges), and TNO (infrastructure).
CIIIC is funded by the Nationaal Groeifonds (National Growth Fund), the Dutch government's investment fund for projects that contribute to long-term economic growth.
